The Velveteen Rabbit

Based on the book by Margery Williams

Where the young stay young and the old grow young forever.

Be captivated and delighted by the classic story of The Velveteen Rabbit. The inspiration for Toy Story, this is an enchanting tale of the relationship between a child and his toy rabbit. To others, he just appears to be an old toy that has seen better days, but to the boy he is so much more, and the scene is set for a story of great emotional power.

A wise horse, some bossy bull dozers, a flying fairy and a toy box full of crazy colourful toys makes The Velveteen Rabbit a magical puppetry experience for the whole family. This enduring story considers the power of friendship and the imagination and what makes something ‘real’.
