Puppet Playtime - April

Featuring ‘Thelma the Unicorn’ by Aaron Blabey

22 – 24 April 2024

Later this year, Spare Parts Puppet theatre will stage a new puppet musical Hometown inspired by a story by Shaun Tan.

We invite you to help bring this imaginative story to life, by making a tax-deductible donation to our Home Is Where the Heart Is giving appeal.

Sessions each month February – November

Puppet Playtime gives children aged 3 to 5 the opportunity to engage in a new experience of storytelling and puppetry. Each session features a popular children’s book, with an acclaimed WA performer presenting the story in their unique performance style.

From roving entertainment that will interact with your crowds, to puppet making workshops for families to participate in together, we have something to suit your next big event.

We are also able to work with schools or community groups within your catchment to create works of scale for your event.
