Ellen has recently graduated from the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts (WAAPA) at Edith Cowan University, completing an Arts and Cultural Management degree. Ellen has a deep connection to the arts from a young age, with a specific interest in theatre, music and literature. This early exposure shaped not only her passion for arts but also her understanding of its ability to inspire, connect and transform individuals and communities.

Throughout her studies, Ellen gained valuable experience across a range of artforms and organisations through internships, both nationally and internationally. Notably she completed her final secondment in Brighton Dome & Festival, in the United Kingdom, which helped develop her skills in programming, administration and audience engagement.

Having personal experiences of the positive change of arts from a young age, Ellen is committed to creating meaningful cultural experiences for communities, as they have the capability to create connection and belonging through artistic expression and participation.
