Puppet Playtime Tours WA with The Return of Thelma the Unicorn

4 March, 2026

She’s Back and Sparklier Than Ever!

Thelma the Unicorn is back and she’s heading to a library, arts centre, or community venue near you.

We are thrilled to announce that Puppet Playtime, our beloved early years program, is hitting the road across Western Australia this March, bringing Aaron Blabey’s delightful sequel The Return of Thelma the Unicorn to life through the magic of puppetry, creative play, and storytelling.

From the suburbs of Perth to the South West, the Great Southern, and beyond, this tour is one you won’t want your little ones to miss.

What is Puppet Playtime?

Puppet Playtime is an interactive early years experience for children aged 3 to 5 and their favourite grown-ups. Each 60-minute session combines storytime, hands-on creative activities, and puppet play — with something special to make and take home.
